Hello, My name is Nika, along side my sister Patrycja, we make the best duo team. We are very passionate about helping others find happiness in life. For us a healthy lifestyle is about achieving a happy and well balanced life, which means eating healthier, exercising more and getting enough sleep. From unhealthy eating patterns like most other people in North America, to being a mom and business owner, you’ve probably heard that exercise is the key to losing weight. However exercise is key for healthier living, but it’s only responsible for 15–20% of weight loss. If you want to shed pounds, diet ( not a fad diet, just a clean healthy lifestyle change) is the answer. More specifically, the ketogenic diet, which has hundreds of scientific studies to support it. Keto diet has many benefits to your health. This lead us to living a healthier lifestyle and changing the way we think about food. It's important to change your mind. Like they say, To change your body, you must first change your mind.
Some keys to our success are:
-drinking lots of water 2 litres plus a day
-walking 15,000 steps every day min
-having a workout buddy / accountability
-prep meals for the week
-keep a journal
We believe that the most impactful thing that promoted our consistent weight loss is adding intermittent fasting to the mix. We ate keto-friendly foods during a restricted period of time; for the rest of the day, it was all about walking and drinking water!
After experimenting with the keto diet for over a year and doing extensive research, we came up with the ultimate 28-day plan. It has everything to get you started on your lifestyle journey. Our journey has been amazing! We learned to appreciate our bodies again, and we feel better than ever! If you are looking to get in charge of your body and your life, then look no further.
